Central & Information department

It is considered one of the main and important administrative departments in the hospital, which operates around the clock.
The section performs the following roles

  • Carrying out inquiries, by answering the questions and inquiries of the auditors related to the departments in which their patients are.
  • Handling incoming calls from inside and outside the hospital, and diverting them to their correct destination.
  • Calling the medical staff in emergency and critical cases (COD BLUE) and directing the departments.
  • Calling staff when needed.
  • Doing external communications for departments and patients, and other work.
