he Central and Information (Reception) Department is one of the main administrative departments in the hospital, operating 24/7 and serving as a communication hub between departments and visitors.
It is responsible for answering visitors’ inquiries and providing information about departments and patients, handling incoming internal and external calls and routing them correctly, and coordinating emergency medical team calls (Code Blue) and directing them to the relevant departments. It also handles staff call-backs when needed and manages external communications for departments and patients.
