1. The Project started with the opening of a medical center in downtown Hebron in 1977, that included (Laboratory– Radiology dept. and specialized clinics).
   
   
2. In addition, P.F.S. in Hebron established seven medical centers across the Hebron District in Yatta, AdhDhahiriya, Halhul, Bani Na’im, Dura, Sa’ir, and Tarqumiya. Each center includes a laboratory, a radiology department, and specialized clinics. These facilities were designed to provide primary medical services directly within the communities where residents live.
   
   
3. An Emergency center on Ain Sara Street in 1984 was opened, which was attached to the hospital when it opened in 1993.
   
   
4. The organization Main plan is to construct a large hospital aimed at meeting the healthcare needs of the Hebron Governorate, which is the largest in Palestine in both geographic size and population.
   

1. To raise the level of Health Services in the governorate of Hebron in Particular and in Palestine in general.
2. To provide all medical services that is lacking in the region.
3. The establishment of advanced specialized medical center (Hospital) to facilitate citizens to decent medical services.

1. To improve all medical services, with a focus on the diversity and multiplicity of primary and subspecialties, achieving independence in providing all specialties.‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‭‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

1. To provide high-quality, cost-effective, and standard healthcare that meets the needs and expectations of the patients in Hebron governorate in particular and Palestinian governorates in general, through comprehensive primary and specialized healthcare services.

1. Al-Ahli Hospital, one of the largest hospitals in the West Bank.
2. Hebron College of Nursing, which is an essential part of the educational aspect of the organization.
