THE HMC is the highest technical and administrative body and is chaired by the Director General.

The HMC works to achieve the most practical coordination between all medical and administrative departments to provide the best medical service for the patients, and to improve health level in general.

The HMC works on laying the technical and professional bases in medical and paramedical departments in the accordance with the international protocols and instructions issued by the MOH and relevant ministries.
