Board of Trustees of PFS
9 members whom elected by the general assembly of PFS, they are working voluntarily were the setup the organization policies, the meeting take place weekly in order to take the organizations main administrative decisions such as:
- Developing Medical Work: Enhancing medical services specifically in Hebron Governorate and more broadly in Palestine.
- Improving Health and Well-being: Introducing modern medical technologies and achieving significant advancements in healthcare services at all levels.

Promoting Education and Training: Establishing agreements and partnerships with various educational institutions to encourage learning and educational initiatives.
