The Administrative Supervision Department in the hospital is considered one of the important departments responsible for monitoring the daily administrative workflow across various departments and units, ensuring compliance with approved regulations, policies, and procedures.

The department oversees staff performance, monitors administrative discipline, and addresses daily operational issues, in addition to coordinating between departments to ensure the continuity of work efficiently and effectively, in the absence of the Administrative Director and Deputy Administrative Director.

The Administrative Supervision Department also contributes to improving administrative performance quality, enhancing organizational standards within the hospital, and supporting a stable and disciplined work environment that serves the institution’s objectives.
