The head of the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development’s in Kuwait was hosted by Al‑Ahli Hospital in Hebron

Dr. Sameer Jarad, Head of the Advisory Office of the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development in Palestine, paid an official visit to the Friends of the Patients Association – Al-Ahli Hospital in Hebron.

He was received by the head and Board of Trustees of P.F.S, the General Director of Al-Ahli Hospital, the medical and administrative directors, and heads of several medical and administrative departments.

Dr. Jarad expressed his pride and happiness with the significant role the Arab Fund has played over the decades in developing the hospital’s services. He praised the advanced level the hospital has reached and the quality of services it provides, emphasizing the Fund’s commitment to continuing its support to improve and develop this vital sector.

Mrs. Huda Abdel Nabi, The Chairman of P.F.S , welcomed Dr. Jarad and praised the role of the Arab Fund in supporting Al-Ahli Hospital through dozens of important projects over many decades. She expressed her deep appreciation for the Fund's ongoing support, noting that the visit reflects the strong cooperation between the two sides and the Fund’s dedication to enhancing healthcare services in Palestine.

Dr. Yousef Al-Takruri, General Director of the hospital, highlighted the importance of the strategic relationship between the Arab Fund and the hospital and stressed the importance of continuing this cooperation to achieve further accomplishments that benefit patients and the local community.

During the visit, the Central Sterilization Unit—funded by the Arab Fund—was inaugurated. The delegation also visited the Intensive Care Unit and the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Department, which is partially funded by the Arab Fund. A tour was then conducted through the hospital's medical departments.

It is worth noting that Al-Ahli Hospital has received substantial support from the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development through the implementation of several vital projects, which have had a tangible impact on improving medical services and enhancing the quality of healthcare provided at the hospital.
