The Medical Records Department in the hospital is one of the essential departments that began operations in 1993, specializing in the accurate and secure storage and organization of patient medical records.

The department contains patient files that include the basic information and medical history of each patient admitted to the hospital, in addition to a computerized medical information system that facilitates data access and updates.

It also includes a complete paper archive of more than (200,000) patient files, reflecting the scale of its work and its important role in supporting medical services and ensuring the availability of information when needed.
