It also supports ensuring patient care from admission until discharge, handling the receipt and release of deceased cases according to established protocols, and managing patient belongings and records within the internal system.

The department safeguards hospital facilities and protects institutional property from damage or misuse, operating 24/7 to ensure overall safety. Its responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness across all departments and external areas, safely disposing of medical waste, and organizing storage areas in coordination with the Engineering, Maintenance, and Medical Engineering departments.
