the treatment process by providing appropriate meals for patients according to their medical conditions and doctors’ instructions, in coordination with nutrition specialists. The department has a qualified team supervised by Nutrition Officer Iman Al-Khatib and Dietitian Abeer Barqan, where food types and calorie requirements are determined based on each patient’s condition.

The department prepares approximately 1,000 meals daily for both patients and staff and has received several excellence awards in performance and hygiene, reflecting the quality of its services and its essential role in the hospital’s healthcare system.
